James started his career in the apparel industry as a Warehouse Manager for Stahls', but he grew up helping his parents in their Print Shop at the young age of 10. Learning decoration technology, but also along the way how to run and fix the equipment. DTG, Embroidery, and Heat Presses. He quickly took the opportunity to be trained as a printer and heat press technician. Over the last decade in the industry, he has accumulated a diverse knowledge of many different methods of apparel decoration specializing in Digital textile methods including hard goods decoration. In his free time, he loves to cook for his Wife, build custom PCs, and shoot Automotive Photography.

Rich Jacobs, Strategic Account Manager

Rich has been involved in the promotional products industry since 1994. He joined SanMar in 2008 as a territory manager and now enjoys working with decorators to find solutions for their business and decorating needs. Rich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University. You’re likely to find Rich enjoying the great outdoors on weekends either on his bike or on the golf course.

Kyle Eslinger, Strategic Account Manager

Kyle got an early start in the world of apparel. He was 23 when he purchased Timberlane Graphics, his sister’s Chicago-area screen printing business, where he oversaw all aspects of print production for four years. In 2012 he sold that business and moved to Seattle, continuing his journey in custom apparel as a SanMar Account Executive on the Inside Sales Team. About a year later that journey took him to Pittsburgh, where he spent the next six years becoming a trusted advisor for customers in Western Pennsylvania as Territory Manager. In his free time, Kyle can be found hiking with his wife, and is a self-admitted map addict with a love of abstract film, surreal art and historical non-fiction novels.

Russ Corey, Strategic Account Manager

Russ first found a love of allthings technical as a trainedand licensed aircraft mechanic, spending most of his professional life in the sporting goods industry as both a purchaser and producer of decorated apparel. In 1997, he moved into decorated apparel full-time at Stahl’s, working with heat application, silk screening, embroidery, direct to garment, UV and wide-format printing. He can often be found in a local ice arena coaching hockey or watching his oldest daughter figure skate. Any leftover time is spent thawing out on the golf course.

Monty Mims, Strategic Account Manager

Monty worked in his father’s embroidery business for 7 years prior to joining SanMar in 2007 as a Territory Manager. He has been a Strategic Account Manager on SanMar’s Decorator Relations team since 2016. As a geek for the apparel industry, he loves meeting and working with his customers to market their business more efficiently. His passions include his wife and two boys, technology, music, film and fishing.
